The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex electro-mechanical, thermal, or energy systems and be comfortable interfacing with engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead systems engineering activities for stationary fuel cell products and Balance of Plant (BoP) subsystems.
Capture, analyze, and manage stakeholder, customer, regulatory, and product requirements.
Develop and maintain requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage requirements using tools such as Polarion, DOORS, or equivalent requirements management platforms.
Define system architectures, interfaces, functional decompositions, and verification strategies.
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to support system definition, design, and validation activities.
Develop and maintain system models, use cases, functional architectures, and interface definitions.
Coordinate requirements allocation across hardware, software, controls, electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams.
Support hazard analysis, risk assessments, and safety engineering activities.
Define verification and validation plans and ensure compliance with product requirements.
Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Facilitate technical reviews and ensure alignment between system requirements and product design.
